Children's Music Education
12/4/25, 1:00 AM
PHCC
Children’s Music Education is back for Advent and Christmas! This short series helps children learn music skills, become acquainted with our English handbells, and prepare music for the Christmas season, if desired.
It’s for children 2 & up. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings 6-7pm on 12/3, and 12/10 during Adult Faith Formation, plus 12/7 after church.
The format will be similar to last year’s classes with “small bites” of music instruction plus snacks and crafts!

Diaper Shower for Pastor Larissa, George and Frida
12/6/25, 9:00 PM
PHCC
They have more than enough baby clothes and toys, but if you wish you can shower them with disposable diapers (sizes 1, 2 and 3) and wipes. Please join us to celebrate their new baby, have some snacks and cake and have fun being together. This is a co-ed event, so men, please attend! We promise you will have fun! 2-4pm at the church.

Sunday Service
12/7/25, 5:00 PM
PHCC and Zoom
Second Sunday in Advent: Peace
Jesus entered a fearful world, one filled with rampant oppression, economic disparity, uncertainty, and instability. A world not so unlike our own. And yet, throughout the stories of Christ’s birth, we hear the whispers of angels delivering a surprising message: “Do not fear.” Join us as we insist on hope and trust that good news is greater than fear! If you can’t make it in person, you can watch on YouTube, Facebook, or Zoom.

Children's Christmas Pageant & Christmas Store
12/14/25, 5:00 PM
PHCC
Our Children’s Pageant will be presented during worship. Following the service, children will have the opportunity to shop for their family and friends at the Children’s Christmas Store. This is a great opportunity for you to share some of your "treasures" with others to stock the store.

Blue Christmas Service
12/21/25, 11:00 PM
PHCC
Join us for Joint Blue Christmas Service. A special worship service to be together through grief during the holiday season, and “even so” finding our place in the Advent walk towards Christmas with hope, peace, joy, and love. This will be a joint service with our siblings from 6th Ave UCC, Kirk of the Bonnie Bare, and Parkview UCC. We are hosting this year at Park Hill at 4 pm.
