Twelfth Sunday after Pentecost
We gather again this Sunday at 10am, center our conversation around Isaiah 56:1, 6-8 and celebrate three baptisms together! Don't miss it! The choir returns to sing a special baptism song for the Rodriguez children and their parents and grandparents. AND we are excited to have Cozy return to play a violin duet with his mother, Elle! If you can't join us in person, the service is available on Zoom facebook and Youtube.

Jesus Was a Migrant - Hosted by Dr. Jemar Tisby
8/23/26, 1:00 AM
Montview Presbyterian, 1980 Dahlia St
We are invited to a screening of the documentary Jesus Was a Migrant followed by a conversation with its executive director and author, Dr. Jemar Tisby. The documentary follows his visit to the U.S.-Mexico border to examine the theological crisis at the heart of American Christianity. It takes an uncomfortable look at the theology that got us here: How did a religion born among the poor, the foreign-born, and the displaced become the spiritual backbone of a movement that closes its doors to them?
